What You Need to Succeed in this Role
Bachelor's degree in human resources, public or business administration or related field and two years of technical human resources work. Comparable combination of education and experience may be considered. Must successfully complete pre-employment background process.
Effective verbal and written communication; ability to build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues, other agencies, and the public; and ability to present a professional appearance and communicate respectfully required. Knowledge of recruitment, interviewing and evaluation procedures, training, and professional HR certification preferred.
